If your orga­ni­za­tion received a grant from the Auen Foun­da­tion, a 3‑month progress report and a 6‑month final report are required.


Grant Appli­ca­tion

The fol­low­ing grant appli­ca­tion should only be com­plet­ed if you have been giv­en explic­it instruc­tions from Sher­rie Auen or Catharine Reed to do so. Any appli­ca­tions that are com­plet­ed with­out pri­or autho­riza­tion will be auto­mat­i­cal­ly declined with­out review. 


Let­ter of Inquiry

If your orga­ni­za­tion was not giv­en autho­riza­tion to com­plete the grant appli­ca­tion, and you are inter­est­ed in apply­ing for a grant from the Auen Foun­da­tion, please send a short mes­sage (approx­i­mate­ly one let­ter page) in the CONTACT US form. Please include the following:

  • Organization’s full reg­is­tered name
  • Organization’s Tax ID Number
  • Descrip­tion of the organization’s over­all mis­sion and pro­grams offered
  • The amount of grant sup­port the orga­ni­za­tion is seeking
  • Descrip­tion of the pro­gram the grant would benefit
  • Where and who the fund­ing would pri­mar­i­ly impact
  • Share how you learned about the Auen Foundation

If the ini­tial review of your mes­sage indi­cates a poten­tial match for the Auen Foun­da­tion, we will pro­vide you with login infor­ma­tion. At that time, more infor­ma­tion will be required includ­ing finan­cial records and a site visit.
